These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods and bespoke items curated by The Touch Studio. For business inquiries or professional projects (B2B), please contact our dedicated team at: collection@thetouch.studio.

PAYMENT METHODS We accept payments exclusively via Bank Wire Transfer or methods agreed upon during the quotation process. Orders will be processed only upon confirmed receipt of payment.
PRICES All prices are quoted in Euros (€).
EU Deliveries: The applicable local VAT rate will be applied. For EU business entities with a valid VAT number, reverse charge mechanisms may apply where applicable.
Non-EU Deliveries: VAT will not be charged by The Touch Studio; however, the client is responsible for all local import duties and taxes.
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package volume and will be included in the final quotation.
UPON REQUEST ITEMS A selection of our collection consists of "Upon Request" items that are not held in stock. These pieces require longer lead times. Payment is required in full upon placement of the order to initiate production. While we strive to provide accurate estimated arrival dates, The Touch Studio cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers, logistics, or customs clearance.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY We process orders as promptly as possible following payment confirmation. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number.
Damages: Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging. If visible damage is present, the goods must be accepted "with reservation." Any internal damage must be reported within 24 hours to collection@thetouch.studio.
TAXES & DUTIES (DAP TERMS) For deliveries outside the European Union, we operate under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. The Touch Studio does not collect Dutch VAT, but all import duties and national taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon arrival in the destination country.
GOVERNING LAW In the event of a dispute, the courts of the principal office of The Touch Studio (Netherlands) shall have exclusive jurisdiction. All transactions are governed by Dutch Law.

Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing The Touch Studio. The following terms constitute our Returns & Refunds Policy.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION Private consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason. Important Note: In accordance with EU and Dutch law, the right of cancellation does not apply to goods made to order, personalized, or clearly customized for a specific client ("Upon Request" items).
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us at: collection@thetouch.studio. We will then provide the authorized return address.
RETURNS Postage and all expenses related to the return (including secure packaging) must be paid by the customer.
If a package is not collected, we reserve the right to deduct the incurred costs from the purchase price before reimbursement.
You are responsible for the goods from the moment of delivery until they reach our warehouse. We strictly recommend using a tracked shipping service (Track & Trace).
REFUNDS Upon cancellation of the entire purchase, we will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs. Additional costs for premium shipping methods chosen by the customer are non-refundable. Refunds are processed only upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
CONDITION & PACKAGING You are liable for any decrease in the value of the items resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
Goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Missing original packaging may constitute a decrease in value and affect your refund.
Items must not have been used, installed, or altered in any way.
CLAIMS Any defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact: collection@thetouch.studio.
