Each piece from the Touch Studio Collection is made-to-order by master craftsmen. We do not operate as a standard e-commerce platform: every order is managed and discussed directly with the client to ensure the highest standards of quality.
How to Order

To request a quote or place an order, please contact us via email at collection@thetouch.studio, specifying the model, desired dimensions, and material preferences. We will provide a formal Proforma Invoice and an estimated production timeline.
Payment Terms

Since our furniture is made-to-order, the production process begins only upon receipt of payment. We apply the international standard for luxury craftsmanship:
50% deposit upon acceptance of the quote to initiate production.
50% balance upon completion of production, prior to shipping.
Cancellations & Returns

As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your piece arrives damaged, please inform your contact person as soon as possible and include photos and the location of the piece. Our after-sales team will assess the situation and propose the most suitable solution.
Materials & Craftsmanship

Natural wood, fine marbles, patinated metals, and organic textiles carry the soul of noble materials and human touch.
Slight variations in grain, subtle shading, or minor organic asymmetries are not imperfections; they are the distinct signature of authenticity, celebrating the unique heritage of handcrafted pieces.
As living materials, natural finishes evolve over time and require a gentle adaptation period (typically one to two years) to stabilize within their new environment. To preserve their timeless beauty and structural integrity, we advise maintaining a balanced ambient humidity level between 45% and 55%.
Shipping & Delivery

Worldwide shipping is generally handled on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Freight costs are calculated within your quote according to total volume and destination. For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, clearance fees, and local import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Our dedicated logistics team ensures that each piece is delivered safely. All creations undergo rigorous quality inspection prior to dispatch and are packed in custom protective crates fully compliant with ISPM15 international phytosanitary standards.
These terms and conditions exclusively govern the purchase of individual pieces from our Collection. For our large-scale design and consultancy services (Residential, Yachting, Hospitality & Retail), professional relations are governed by a separate, tailored service agreement (Letter of Engagement) signed by both parties prior to the commencement of any work.
