Each piece from The Touch Studio Collection is made-to-order by master craftsmen. We do not operate as a standard e-commerce platform: every order is managed and discussed directly with the client to ensure the highest standards of quality.

How to Order

To request a quote or place an order, please contact us via email at collection@thetouch.studio, specifying the model, desired dimensions, and material preferences. We will provide a formal Proforma Invoice and an estimated production timeline.

Payment Terms

Since our furniture is made-to-order, the production process begins only upon receipt of payment. We apply the international standard for luxury craftsmanship:

  • 50% deposit upon acceptance of the quote to initiate production.

  • 50% balance upon completion of production, prior to shipping.

Materials & Craftsmanship

Wood, marble, metals, and textiles are natural or handcrafted materials. Slight variations in grain, shading, or minor asymmetries are not to be considered defects, but rather distinctive marks of the authenticity and value of handcrafted pieces.

Shipping & Delivery

Worldwide shipping is generally calculated on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis. Freight costs are calculated in your quote according to volume and destination. For countries outside the EU, any customs duties and local import taxes are the responsibility of the client. Upon delivery, the client must inspect the packaging and sign with a "reservation of review" if visible damage is present..

These terms and conditions exclusively govern the purchase of individual pieces from our Collection. For our large-scale design and consultancy services (Residential, Yachting, Commercial), professional relations are governed by a separate, tailored service agreement (Letter of Engagement) signed by both parties prior to the commencement of any work.
