Our prices are shown in Euros. For deliveries within EU, the local VAT rate will be applied. For deliveries outside of the EU, VAT will not be applied. The freight costs will be added to the price according to the destination and the package volume.

We offer a selection of “upon request” items which are not in stock. In that case, you can expect a longer delivery time than usual. You will be charged immediately upon placing your order. We strive to provide the most accurate estimated arrival date. However, fulfillment of these items can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (delays from the supplier, the shipping carrier, natural disasters etc.) We will of course do our best to keep you informed of any delays to your order.

The freight costs will vary according to the destination and the volume of the ordered items. We will process your order as quickly as possible upon payment’s receipt. Payments can be subject to validation controls and The Touch Studio reserves the right to delay an order if we consider further security control to be necessary. When your order is shipped, we will e-mail you the tracking number of the package. We do not deliver to PO boxes. In case the delivery appears damaged, we ask you to receive with reservation. Shipping terms are DAP which means that when ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, we do not collect the Dutch VAT, however, import duties and/or taxes according to national laws may be levied when the package arrive at the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the cost imposed on your order. You are responsible for paying all the associated import costs to the chosen country.

In the event of a dispute, the courts for the principal office of The Touch Studio will have exclusive jurisdiction, notwithstanding the joinder of third parties or multiple defendants, and notwithstanding any contrary printed provision in buyers’ purchase orders. However, our company reserves the right to initiate suit in the courts with jurisdiction over buyers’ domiciles. The governing law will be Dutch law.

The Touch Studio may at any time change the content of this site. The Touch Studio cannot be held responsible for any damages caused as a result of using the site or for that matter lacking access to the website.
