Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all orders and purchases of items from the Touch Studio Collection managed through direct communication, quotes, and proforma invoices via email.

As our creations consist of handcrafted pieces and bespoke furniture made to order, specific conditions apply to cancellations, returns, and damaged goods.

The website and the brand the Touch Studio are owned and operated by the Touch Studio VOF.

  • In the exceptional event that a return is authorized in writing by the Touch Studio for standard items, postage as well as any other expenses in relation to returning, such as secure packaging, must be paid by you.
    Upon return, you are responsible for wrapping the goods securely. You hold the risk of the goods as of delivery. You are responsible for the arrival of the package at our warehouse in Amsterdam.
    We recommend using track and trace so that you may follow the shipment. Save the receipt of sending as well as the track and trace number.

  • No refunds are issued for change of mind on made-to-order ("Upon Request") items.
    For any exceptionally authorized returns, the refund will be processed strictly upon receipt and inspection of the returned items at our warehouse.
    If you choose a more expensive form of delivery than our standard delivery for the initial shipment, we will not refund any additional costs associated with it.

  • You are liable for any possible decrease of the items’ value caused by the handling of the goods.
    If you have used or handled the goods in a way that causes a decrease in their value, or if they cannot be resold at full price, we will deduct the decrease of value from your reimbursement.
    If the goods no longer have market value, we will not reimburse your purchase. Lacking original packing constitutes a decrease in value, so it is mandatory to return the goods in their original packaging and secure crating. You are responsible for the package and the goods until we receive them.

  • Any defective item or shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately via email at collection@thetouch.studio accompanied by detailed photographic evidence of both the external packaging/crate and the specific damage to the product.
